Thank you for reading these Terms of Use. Together we are creating a peaceful, joyful, supportive and empowering container for our individual and collective growth, expansion and awakening.

Thank you for saying YES and choosing to join and participate in this Masterclass.

This Masterclass is designed to support you in expanding your understanding of the Human Potential and embodying greater levels of self-awareness, self-responsibility and self-empowerment.

By participating in this Masterclass and engaging with the content in the Members Portal, including the Sessions (both live and replay), emails, community chat, audio’s and downloadable PDF’s you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as outlined below.

The Evolving Human Masterclass is owned and managed by Nikita Gearing LLC.

These Terms of Use are designed to help create clarity, transparency, integrity and support your experience during this Masterclass. Throughout the terms “I”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nikita Gearing LLC.

This document is an invitation to engage the Masterclass with self-love, self-awareness, and self-care. To practice and demonstrate respect and kindness for yourself and all in the circle.

You are responsible for engaging in this Masterclass with self-awareness, self-love and self-care.

You are responsible for creating a supportive, safe environment to engage in this Masterclass, a space where you can relax and gain the most from this experience.

This is an opportunity to practice listening to and honoring your needs.

You are responsible for your experience.

These statements may seem natural, and this Masterclass is about helping you come more fully home into yourself and reclaim your gentle powerful nature.

This masterclass is designed to help you to tap into your innate wisdom and learn how to listen to this guidance.

I encourage you to listen to your body and your personal needs during this Masterclass, this is part of personal empowerment.

Notice what you need, physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually.

Listen to your inner guidance.

This inner guidance will show up in ways unique to you. It may show up as inner feelings, thoughts, or images. It may also show up as a desire for more rest, spending time in nature, taking a bath, standing barefoot on the earth, going to bed earlier, getting up earlier, meditating more, going for a walk, eating foods that feel nourishing to your body, listening to music, being aware of your water intake and staying hydrated.

Always return to your inner knowing and inner guidance. You have the answers within you.

You are responsible to listen to your needs.

You are responsible for taking care of you.

The information shared is designed to support your learning, growth and empowerment.

Everything is an offering to activate growth. If something doesn’t resonate with you let it go.

Trust yourself. Listen to yourself.

This Masterclass includes “active learning”. This is designed to help you develop and embody daily practices, beliefs and behaviors that support you in creating a life that reflects your deeper heart and soul desires.

All the practices shared are designed to be easy, and gentle and support your well-being.

If you find a practice, technique or embodiment practice shared does not feel good to you, pause the practice and reflect on what might be occurring within yourself around this practice.And you can contact me for support around this practice.

If you have questions about anything shared during the Masterclass please follow the different ways you can ask your questions, as outlined in the Getting Started Section of this Members Portal.

During this Masterclass we are in the learning and growth environment designed to assist to you to make internal and external changes, and take informed aware actions that support you to move towards your desired outcomes.

My experience is this process requires a willingness for personal transformation, as our internal environment directly influences what we create in our lives. As we transform ourselves we have the ability to transform our experience of life, both personally and in business.

Personal growth (and business growth) can deliver great rewards and can also require an openness to change and transformation as we evolve and grow into greater, more empowered versions of ourselves.

To create a new experience in life often requires us to address things that have been limiting us from our Highest Potential. This is a normal and natural part of the growth, transformation, and expansion process.

The desired outcomes and results will vary based on the participants intentions, desires, issues, healing process, passion and willingness.

All healing is self-healing. All transformation is self-initiated.

You have magnificent potential that lives within you. You are your greatest champion. Your life is in your hands. You have the power to transform your self and your life. This Masterclass is designed to assist you in this transformation.

Confidentiality & Kindness

Our sessions are designed to be a safe, non-judgmental space that assists each participant’s learning, growth and empowerment. Please approach yourself and those in the Masterclass with kindness, respect and non-judgment. Please refrain from sharing anything someone else in the circle shares about themselves or their personal story with others outside of the circle to honor their privacy and confidentiality. Thank you.

Additional Information 

I am a Coach, Mentor, Guide, a Breathwork and Meditation facilitator who works in the areas of the Human Potential. I am a student of life and am always learning and growing. I am intuitive, aware and sensitive to energy.

Coaching/Mentoring is not advice, therapy, or counseling.
I am not a licensed counselor, physiologist, or therapist.
I am not a licensed doctor, or licensed health practitioner.

I have 30+ years in deep personal practice, training, experience and the study of personal transformation, empowerment and self-liberation. I direct my expertise to assist others on their own path of healing, empowerment, expansion and living a life of well-being and balance that is alignment with their Heart and Soul.

This Masterclass is designed to support and enhance the health and wellness practices you already have.

Please continue with your chosen health care practitioners and professionals.

I recommend that participants continue to see their regular medical doctors and follow their advice. This Masterclass is a complement to regular allopathic medicine.

This Masterclass is not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. For such issues, please seek the proper licensed physician or healthcare professional.

Media Release ~ Respecting Your Privacy

This Masterclass and all live session will be recorded. The Video of the recordings will be made available for replay for 1 year from the time of completion of the Masterclass. The audio recording will be available for download after the Masterclass is complete.

Please be aware if you ask a question or respond to something during a live session then you are being recorded.

These live sessions may be repurposed in future for additional learning and education opportunities. Any area of the content where a participant is featured will be edited out and removed to respect this persons privacy. Unless the person has agreed to their content being included in writing.

These terms of use relate to the Evolving Human Masterclass and it’s related content, including content on iammantra.com and related emails.

By using the Evolving Human Masterclass Members Portal and related content including live and recorded sessions, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any of the parts of the Terms of Use, or have questions, please contact us, as mentioned above so we can work out a solution. These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time without notice. Any changes will be effective when posted.

Our Masterclass includes access to a live-streamed and recorded video presentation, accompanied by guided activities and exercises. If you are working with a personal health situation please continue with your chosen health care providers. This Masterclass is designed to complement your current health practices.

The content and material presented is for learning, educational and informational purposes only. The content should not be used for diagnosis or treatment of any condition or disease.

By joining the Evolving Human Masterclass you agree to opt-in to our mailing list and receive emails related to this Masterclass and other related events or offers. You an unsubscribe at any time.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your information related to Member Portal login information and email address will be stored on the website to support your engagement of the Masterclass. You can request this to be removed at any time. Your payment information will be stored by the third-party you used for payment (Stripe or PayPal).

Technical Problems

If you have any technical problems accessing the Masterclass or any materials or services which form part of the Masterclass, please contact us for assistance by emailing nikita@iammantra.com.

A Supportive Learning Environment

Please always engage yourself and others with kindness and respect, creating a supportive learning environment for all. If you choose to behave in a manner that is harmful or unsafe towards yourself or others during the Masterclass, your access to the content may be revoked and no refund will be issued.

Please keep your login information in a safe place that you can access. I suggest a creating different password than your regular one.

Participant Conduct

As part of the Masterclass, you may have the opportunity to ask questions. Questions and answers may be visible to other participants. You agree that you will treat all other Masterclass participants, with respect and to refrain from conduct which is otherwise illegal, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexist, defamatory, vilifying, bullying, trolling, misleading or deceptive.

In the unlikely event, that you would act in this manner this would be a breach of these Terms of Use and Agreement, which will entitle us to terminate this Agreement if we can not resolve the issue with you.

Masterclass Content, Information, and Instructional Videos

Throughout the Masterclass recommendations, information, instruction, or assistance in relation to the Human Potential, this may come in writing, verbally or in another format (including through a live question and answer format), believing it to be accurate, appropriate, and reliable at the time but we don’t give any warrant of accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability.

Where possible, information provided in our Masterclass is supported by external research. We don’t give any warranty of accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability for third-party content. Please make your own inquiries, as desired, into any research referenced throughout the Masterclass.

We always strive to serve you and your experience in the best way.

The information, advice, and instruction we give are general in nature and are not intended to constitute or substitute for professional, medical, or psychological advice. This is designed to support your current wellness practices. You should seek appropriate professional medical or psychological advice suitable for your personal circumstances, if necessary, and as you would normally do. No Guarantees

Information that we provide to you in our Masterclass has been prepared in line with emerging research in this area. We do not guarantee any method will work and individual results may vary. If you’re a health care professional, we do not guarantee that this method will work for your clients or that it is suitable for your clients.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Masterclass and Website is subject to copyright and is protected by copyright under the laws of the United States and through international treaties. Unless we say otherwise, all Intellectual Property Rights and other rights in the Masterclass, Members Portal, related content and Website are owned by Nikita Gearing LLC and are reserved by Nikita Gearing LLC.

We grant you, our Customer, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to access the Masterclass and Masterclass Intellectual Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, to copy and store the Masterclass content in your device's cache memory and to print pages from the Masterclass for your own personal and non-commercial, non-sellable use.

We don’t grant you any other rights to copy or share the Masterclass Intellectual Property with any other person, or for commercial use.

Events Beyond Control

If something occurs where service is interrupted that is out of our control we will communicate with you and do our very best to resume service as soon as possible. If we expect a major delay, we’ll contact you to discuss a suitable solution. We always strive to serve you and your experience in the best way.

Relationship of Parties

The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as constituting an agency, partnership, joint venture, relationship of employee and employer or franchisor and franchisee or any other form of association between the parties.

Questions, Concerns and Resolutions

This section is about communication and working together if questions or concerns were to arise, which I don’t expect or anticipate. And it’s good to have an agreement that we will work together to resolve any areas or questions if this was to occur. Togther we agree to communicate about any questions, concerns or areas and work together to find mutually agreeable peaceful solutions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your own sole risk. You engage the service with personal choice and self-awareness. Term

This Agreement commences on the date you joined the Masterclass Members Portal.

Definitions

Agreement means this Agreement between us and the Customer/Masterclass participant, which commences as set out in this document.

Customer means the person or entity entering into this Agreement with us by agreeing to these terms and participating in the Masterclass. The Customer may also be referred to as "you" throughout this Agreement.
