Event Outline
This experience will include breathwork, self-inquiry, active learning, a meditation and mantra experience, embodyment practices and time at the end for community sharing and Q&A. The main session will run approximately 90 minutes, including the meditation.
Replay
The replay will be shared with all participants 48 hours after the event and will be available for 3 months, until November 3rd, 2025.
