The focus is on doing a practice that works with the Body/Mind/Emotions to repattern the subconscious and work with the quantum field to create a new reality.

What to expect:

~ We will start with a breathwork practice to connect with the conscious and subconscious mind and our heart-center and heart intelligence.
~ I will then explain the practice and then we will experience the practice which will be like a meditation. This practice will include working with our mind, emotions, visualization and connecting with our superconscious unlimited self.
~ We will complete with an opportunity for Community sharing and Q&A around this experience.

In preparation, please choose an area of yourself (or your life) that you would like to work with during this time. Contemplate, what new reality you would like to experience in this area.

If possible this experience is designed to be done with eyes closed, please avoid driving or doing other activities to get the most from this practice.

Length: Approximately 1 hour.

This is a special (free) offering for an intimate circle of participants who have engaged with I AM Monthly.
