New clients start with a complimentary consultation.

New clients start with an initial free consultation and have the option to begin with a one-time session or start with a 4-session package (done over one or two months).

I usually find it’s most effective for new clients to start with a 4-session package to see the shifts and transformation they are desiring. I also understand that some clients prefer to start with a one-time session to experience working with me.

Every person is different and their intentions and desires for working with me are unique to them. My coaching packages and pricing structure is designed to work for you and your needs. This is something we discuss and explore together on our initial consultation.

I currently offer two main programs, a 4-Session Package and a 10-Session Package.

I usually recommend that new clients start with the 4-Session Packag done weekly or bi-weekly. I think of this as Level 1. This allows myself and the client to develop a rhythm together and address the areas required and start to make the changes desired. After these 4-sessions we then review where the client is at and determine a growth pathway for the next level of work together.

While it’s not unusual for a client to complete after 4-sessions it’s also very normal for a client to continue working with me over a longer period of time, depending on the topics and areas being addressed and the desired outcome for our work together.

For some clients, 4 sessions will be all they require to achieve their desired results. Many clients will find that 4 sessions show us additional areas for growth and expansion. I often work with clients for 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the level of personal healing, change, transformation, and expansion they are desiring.

New patterns require time and repetition.

It has been said for a pattern to change you need to engage in new habits for a minimum of 21 days. There is new science that shows to make more significant changes to our thoughts and habits, this occurs over a longer period of time. Some of the latest research says that embodying new thoughts, habits, and patterns requires 63 days. (This said, I find the time required to make lasting changes is very much dependent on the individual.)

The brain does well with consistent repetition, especially when we are changing deeper thought patterns. Emotional healing usually unfolds in layers and is often done in stages. Repatterning our nervous system, which is a big part of making lasting change, also requires repetition and developing a new “nervous system set-point”. Each of these elements helps us expand beyond the reality we have become used to and create a new way of living and being.

I work with my clients to create a “growth - pathway” to their desired results. This includes both internal changes (mind, emotional, nervous system) and inspired action steps, including identifying what new skills or resources the client needs to achieve their desired outcomes.

On this call, we discuss what your intentions are for coaching, and how my services can support you to make the changes you desire. We review session packages and pricing and what will be most supportive to your personal healing, transformation, and expansion.

I understand each client’s financial situation and relationship with money is unique to them. I have a sliding scale option for those who can benefit from this. (I also offer one partial scholarship package per season.)
