Our Shipping & Returns Policy
We are so GRATEFUL you are interested in purchasing a product from our I AM Mantra Store.
Our intention with our products is that they inspire, uplift and offer benefit to you as you move through your life.
Once you have received your new product, we’d love to hear how you’re enjoying it! Email us and let us know or take a photo and share it on social media (remember to tag us so we can see you with your new product).

Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Once you order your product it has to be printed, packaged and then is shipped to you. Products ship within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive an email once you purchase your order confirming your purchase and then again when it is being shipped with a tracking number. Products are shipped via ground.
Check your Shipping address carefully!
Please check your shipping address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If your product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply to get this to your correct address.
Does my Package come with Tracking?
Yes, once you have ordered your product you will be sent an email letting you know once it’s been shipped and with a tracking number. Please note: Once your product has been confirmed as “delivered” we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If it arrives and you can’t find it, we suggest you contact your local post office with the tracking number and ask your neighbors!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled so please take time to tune in when making your choices!
Do you accept returns?
As every order is printed uniquely for the customer at the time of purchase, we are not able to accept returns or exchange products once your order has been placed. If you have any questions about our products please contact us at info@iammantra.com.
What if my product arrives damaged or not as I ordered?
If, by chance, your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product so we can work out a solution.
What is the cost for Shipping?
We offer a flat shipping and handling rate based on the weight of your product/s.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, we can ship both to Canada and Internationally. Please be aware the flat rate shipping cost can be high, especially on framed posters due to the weight. We are working on a new International shipping option that will allow for better rates and hope to have this available by winter. Thanks for your patience!
Please note: we are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
California orders will have a 8% sales tax added to your order total. North Carolina orders also have a sales tax of 13.5%.
Can I Pay with a Credit Card, PayPal or Apple Pay?
Yes :-)
